Dolphins are not fish, but they are marine mammals. They have been called the most intelligent of all the animals in the animal kingdom, even more intelligent than your "German Shepherd" dog, it seems.
Why did European countries have to kill them for food? They are millions of other species of fishes in the ocean, that are more ready for the human stomach as compared to the dolphins. Do you know that if a human being is in distress in the waters, a nearby dolphin would be more probable to rescue the person as compared to your other common fishes?
Do you kill other human beings for food? Hmm...hmm, food for thought. According to scientific hypothesis, dolphins, along with whales and porpoises, are descendants of terrestrial mammals. Their nature resembles the other mammals in that their breathing is through a blowhole that is located at the top of the head. They do not have gills like fishes do.
Denmark had been in the forefront of some of the greatest critics due to various circulation of pictures about dolphin killings at beach fronts. Some may say that such acts had been going on for centuries, but shouldn't wrongs be corrected soonest?
Human beings are now the greatest threat to the population of dolphins. Stop the Killing!
