I came across a book review for Barry Grove's book, Fluoride: Drinking Ourselves to Death, and I must say it is scary. To quote "Fluoride is a poison--more poisonous than lead, slightly less poisonous than arsenic. It is cumulative and collects in bones and tissues, not just the teeth. Numerous studies done on animals point out the obvious dangers. Other studies have shown increased rates of cancer, osteoporosis, and other diseases."
Further reading into the dangers of fluoride reveals even scarier truths which have largely been concealed from the general public.
Due to further curiosity, I found that many of our tooth-pastes at the supermarket actually promote "fluoride" - which is just the opposite of what medical researches show.
Even children's toothpaste were not spared the fluoride ingredient. Look at this:
And to think that after all these years of using Darlie and Colgate faithfully, I was actually poisoning myself.
So a conscious search was conducted at the toothpaste counters and to my surprise I manage to find one that has NO Fluoride... hallelujah.
This particular brand is manufactured by Pureen and it specifically targets the Mothers and Babies customers. i am not a mother and I am neither a baby but what is good for them is definitely good for me. Today, I have switched my loyalty to a NO-Fluoride toothpaste. To the critics, please note that what I post here is not sponsored and no money was transacted. It is a genuine search for the truth about Fluoride, leading me to change my mind about what I should put in my mouth.
