The suicide bombings at Amman, Jordan killed at least 57 people and wounded nearly 100.
Again we find sick people killing innocent lives.
These people think they can find God's favor by killing innocent blood.
Yesterday we heard about the mastermind Dr. Azahari being killing in a shootout with the Indonesian police. Azahari was the man behind the bomb trainings for equipping suicide bombers and was implicated in the Bali bombs, Marriot hotel bombs and and several others.
A previous statement issued "They vowed to die and they chose the shortest route to receive the blessings of God". Azahari's wife said that her husband had left the family to seek a higher calling and service to their God called Allah. What kind of sick beliefs are this that a God can take delight in killing innocent people.
The bombers suspected in the Amman event are Abu Khabib, Abu Muaz, Abu Omaira and Om Omaira.
Al-Qaeda issued a statement to say that they bombed the hotels(Grand Hyatt, Days Inn and Radisson SAS hotels) because they felt that the hotels were used to discuss wars on Islam.
Did they kill Bush? No.
Did they kill Rice? No.
Did they kill Putin? No.
Who did they kill?
The dead that were identified from Grand Hyatt, Amman alone were:
33 Jordanians
6 Iraqis
3 Palestinians
2 Bahrainis
1 Saudi
1 American
1 Syrian-born American
1 Indonesian
2 Chinese
Also, a Jordanian wedding was going on at the hotel and it caused carnage at the wedding reception. Hey, these are local people, Jordanian - with many of them Muslims.
UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, visited Jordan on Friday, and said: "No ideology can justify the killing of innocent people."
Can we hear a loud Amen from the international community.
Here are several quotes from around the world:
US PRESIDENT GEORGE W BUSH
These barbaric acts again demonstrated the terrible cruelty of the terrorists and the great toll they take on civilised society.
