Does the picture above looks like he is a criminal or a movie star under the protection of the Thai police?
It goes to show that if the international community can collaborate on looking out for criminals, the neighborhood would be safer for all. It wasn't the police who saw and identified him. It was a 17 year old youth, who recognized him.
