Once again, we see the recent floods in Peninsular Malaysia as a yearly event. Some leaders even commented that the victims of these floods seem to enjoy the water festivities that come along with the flood waters. Why not, when we observed that Malaysians actually pay good money to frolic in beaches, pools and water themed parks. These floods are bring Free personal water fair to their doorstep!
However, if we were to observe that in other parts of the world, the same flood occurrence is also happening in their motherland.
